Camper reviews for Cherry Creek State Park

Good ADA Camping

We travel in a 24 foot ADA travel trailer that has a lift on one side. It requires wide, level, and paved sites which we were able to find at Cherry Creek State park. RV sites are nicely spaced. Quiet atmosphere. Close to swim area. An off-leash dog area is on one side of the park where Fido can take a dip in the river. It was a great place to stay while visiting family in the Denver area. For ADA campers, recommend the Abilene loop.

Green with plenty of space

Cherry Creek State Park I always one of our favorites because almost every single site is a good one. Plenty of space and grass to enjoy a weekend or even weeks. It is our go-to location and our pups love seeing the wildlife come by.
