My new favorite
I was able to snag a tent site in the middle of October last year. It was a warm October and the perfect weather to get in a late camping trip. The campground is small with a lot of RV sites. The tents sites are really small with no real privacy. I like to car camp and have the back of my SUV set up to sleep, complete with a tent for the back of my vehicle. I was fortunate to have quiet neighbors and a spot at the back of the campground. It was a quick walk to the clean bathroom. There was a dumpster to dump garbage, and the rangers were nice and helpful. I ended up staying a 3rd night I enjoyed the peace so much. The walk down to the beach is short and easy. there is a ramp to the beach, but that's as far as it goes. I will be going back!
